Verixa Studios, based in Bowmanville, Ontario, collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, deliver website audits and projects, improve our website, and measure advertising performance.

We also collect standard technical and campaign information such as pages viewed, device/browser information, referral source, Google and Meta click identifiers, and UTM campaign parameters.

We use service providers that help operate our website and business, including Netlify for website hosting and forms, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads/Meta Pixel for advertising measurement, Stripe for secure checkout, and Google Calendar for appointment booking. When you use an external checkout or booking service, its privacy policy also applies.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, customer service, recordkeeping, or legal requirements. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf or where required by law.

You can block or delete browser storage through your browser settings. You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or withdraw consent for future non-essential use, subject to legal and operational requirements.
