A 360-degree interior tour presents a proposed home through connected viewpoints that buyers can look around. It helps explain the relationship between rooms before construction. It is a presentation of a design, not a photographic survey of an existing property.

Agreed interior viewpoints and navigation between spaces.
A review of the room list, finish scheme, branding and intended viewing devices.
An ordinary browser link, with static images and written descriptions as an alternative to the interactive experience.
Viewpoint count, revision rounds and hosting/renewal terms confirmed in the quote.

Current dimensioned floor plans, elevations where relevant and floor-to-floor information.
Approved finish references and a room list identifying the areas to include.
Branding, target audience and any requested alternate finishes or localized layout comparison.

Limits to plan around

Interpretive panoramas can approximate room relationships, details and proportions. Do not use them to verify dimensions. The 12 months of tour hosting belongs to the house packages; standalone hosting, renewal and later updates are agreed separately.

Can finishes be changed later?

Yes, subject to scope. Changes may affect several viewpoints. The finish-options extra covers the affected kitchen and living-room viewpoints of an approved model.

Does the tour work without a headset?

The linked demonstrations can be explored in a browser. Device and browser requirements are reviewed for the commissioned experience.

What happens after package hosting ends?

Agree renewal and ongoing service terms in the project quote; there is no published automatic renewal price.
