Verixa creates exterior and interior architectural renderings from supplied plans and finish references. A separately composed still delivers one final image from one approved camera angle, showing the architecture, material palette, lighting and setting chosen for the brief.

What we agree before production
Deliverables
- Exterior perspectives: massing, elevation treatment, glazing, roof form and indicative landscaping.
- Interior perspectives: finishes, furniture composition, lighting and atmosphere within the agreed space.
- Agree camera composition before detailed finishing; final resolution, file formats, usage and revision allowance are specified in the quote.
What to send
- Floor plans and elevations, with dimensions and current drawing revision.
- Finish schedules or references for cladding, flooring, joinery, fixtures and colours.
- Preferred view, intended audience and use; a site/context reference where it affects the image.

Visual description
The film moves through architectural exteriors, furnished interiors and shared amenity spaces, presenting materials, daylight and atmosphere. Music accompanies the imagery; there is no spoken narration.
Video is a separate commission. Duration, spaces, camera route, resolution and final format are confirmed in the project quote.
Limits to plan around
Visualizations communicate the approved design and atmosphere. Indicative furnishings, planting and context are not evidence of installed products. Marketing images do not replace measured drawings, material samples or construction documentation. A different camera angle or design change after approval can change scope.

Can you work without a finish schedule?
Send what is available. We will identify missing decisions and agree whether the work is a concept study or a defined finish presentation before quoting.
Are these the six images in Builder Launch?
The six included images are selected from the approved tour. They are not six separately composed renderings. Separately composed stills start from $550 CAD/view for exteriors and $450 CAD/view for interiors, before HST, for one final image from one approved camera angle with complete plans and finish references supplied.
What if I need another angle?
Each separately composed view is scoped individually. Additional camera positions, rooms and revisions are confirmed before further production.
