Architectural augmented reality places a digital model within a compatible device’s camera view. A tabletop presentation shows the home as a movable miniature; a separately scoped life-size experience presents agreed spaces at 1:1 scale.
For builder meetings and remote presentations where viewers benefit from controlling placement and orientation. Use the ordinary 3D viewer when camera access, device support or the available physical space makes AR unsuitable.

Before HST
One approved home design and agreed exterior or interior spaces. Model preparation, supported devices and placement approach are confirmed in your quote. Life-size AR is scoped separately from the tabletop demo.
One suitable existing 3D home model. Includes preparation, mobile testing, a shareable link, QR code and one revision. Included levels, supported devices and hosting terms are agreed before work begins.
For a suitable existing approved Verixa model in an existing home presentation package. Includes shareable link, QR code, mobile testing and one revision. Hosting terms are confirmed in the quote.
The Ridgefield AR demonstration offers “Place in your space” so the viewer can choose where to place the model. The tabletop demo is an example of the interaction, not proof that a life-size commission has been delivered.
Compare the building-only preview with a proposed display plinth, then place the presentation model in your room at its fixed 1:100 size. The building is 98.5 cm high; with its plinth it is 104.5 cm high and occupies 126 × 123 cm. This printed-style size study is not a manufactured model.
Compatibility and tracking depend on the device, browser, camera permission, lighting and environment. Placement is for presentation, not surveying or setting out construction. New model creation, substantial rebuilding and expanded scope are quoted separately. Hosting terms are agreed in the quote.
We review the references, agree scope and timing, prepare the presentation, review the agreed revisions and deliver the approved outputs. Read the full process
Common questions
Must it stay exactly over a QR code?
The current Ridgefield place-in-your-space entry lets visitors choose placement. A QR code can launch the experience without defining the final display position.
Does every phone support AR?
No. Supported devices and placement are reviewed for the project. The normal 3D view provides an alternative where AR is unavailable.
Is life-size AR part of the $750 add-on?
No. The $750 CAD/home add-on, before HST, is tabletop AR using a suitable approved model from an existing Verixa home presentation package. Life-size AR is scoped separately.
